OUR TEAM
Babak Nikraftar
Founder

Babak’s career began in his early 20’s as a building envelope technician of leaky condos. He witnessed the consequences of bad design and workmanship. A departure from leaky condos led him to new multi-residential builds and mixed-use buildings. Eventually, Babak’s curiosity landed him on detached homes, heritage home rebuilds, and conversions of large structures into multiplexes.

Not one to shy away from challenges and problem-solving difficult projects, Babak endeavours to form the best teams to produce the top outcome.

With a vision to better the construction industry by streamlining tasks, he has led several successful construction enterprises including renovations and new builds.

His strong background in concrete and wood-frame builds coupled with a passion for design, are the right ingredients in pushing the envelope forward with the projects his Forte team takes on.
